SHIPPING POLICY offers an express shipping service on all products, so you can be assured you will receive reliable, fast and a "no-hassle" shipping service on your purchase. Due to the competitive nature of the contact lenses business and the fact that we have made a firm commitment  to offer you the best available pricing in the market, we rate all our prices excluding of shipping.  You may have noticed that some of our competitors have started to advertise with prices without shipping, we are forced to do the same. This will help you to compare the prices one on one. 

At we have cooperate bulk rates with the leading express companies, we charge you at cost, so the cost savings will be past back to you. You will receive a low cost, fast express shipping service. 

The final express shipping charges will depend on the weight of the item(s) and the shipping destination of your order. 

Orders placed on the weekends or national (Hong Kong) holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail with the shipping details and tracking information for your package. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc., will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the applicable shipping charges.

We currently ship to Hong Kong & Singapore only. Other Asian markets will open soon. You are currently in our Hong Kong Store so we ship to Hong Kong only. For Singapore, you may switch to our Singapore Store.

Please noted we will send you a track and trace number, once shipment has been send out. Keep a close eye on this tracking, so the package can be received. In certain countries, like Singapore, the shipment will be send back after 7 days, if receiver has not responded to the delivery notice of the delivery agent. This is outside the control of Clear 4 Vision, and we will not refund any cost as a result for loss due to returned delivery. 

Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all shipments are exclusive of customs duties, brokerages and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties, brokerages and taxes in the event that such obligations take place. The customs may require the Customer to summit their address proof, or ID proof. The Customer will be solerly responsible for summiting those documents on time, to avoid delay in the shipment release. 

Occasionally, there can be an instance when a product is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In such a situation, we will immediately inform you of the nature of delay and the estimated date of availability of the item(s). The communication with you will be done either by phone or by e-mail.

How much will shipping cost me?

The shipping rates are based on the product weight, the shipping location and the shipping method requested. The rates is calculated upon check out of your order.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking information for your package. If you have not received an e-mail, your order will be shipped shortly and you will receive an e-mail as soon as it is shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

How do I track my shipment?

You can check the location of your package by using the tracking number, which we provide in the shipment confirmation e-mail. Detailed instructions are included in this email.

What happens when an item is back-ordered?

When an item is not available for immediate shipment and gets back-ordered, we inform the customer immediately of the estimated date of availability via e-mail or by phone. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available.
